Distribution enquiries

The enquiry form collects your label and contact details, a listening link, release information and your answers about distribution. Memoria saves this information to review your project and contact you about your enquiry.

Keep your SoundCloud listening link private and check that it works before sending it. Enquiries are also delivered securely to Memoria’s owner-only Control Room, hosted on Render. Enquiries and private links are reviewed within Memoria; they are not published in our public label catalogue.

Shop introductions

The shop introduction form saves your shop name, country, website, contact details and any message or existing Triple Vision reference you provide. Memoria uses these details to review and follow up on your introduction in its private Control Room, hosted on Render. Triple Vision handles its own registration, customer accounts and orders.

Label Portal

Clerk provides the sign-in service for the Label Portal. Signing in verifies your account; access to a label’s information depends on the permissions Memoria assigns to that account.

Website services and links

This website and its enquiry database are hosted on Cloudflare. Links and players from SoundCloud, Bandcamp and Triple Vision connect to services operated by those providers, whose own privacy information applies when you use them.
